General Shipping and Orders

General Shipping and Ordering Information for BeyondBlu Wireless Accessory Sales.

Orders

We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for people wishing to place orders on our webpage. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received on the weekend or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders are processed in 24 to 48 hours and shipping and tracking information is available on our website. Currently we only ship in the United States. We ship all of our products via FedEx or USPS and send the tracking number to you once your order is processed.

Shipping

BeyondBlu Wireless uses FedEx and USPS for the majority of our orders. Tracking information will be provided to you via email and you can go to fedex.com or USPS.com to track your package. For pallet sized orders we have contracts with other vendors to provided delivery service. Tracking information will be provided for those orders as well. For larger customers we have the ability to use an alternate shipping account.

Payment Methods

Orders placed on our site are secured via a 128-bit SSL certificate thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means that you can rest assured knowing that communications between your browser and our web servers are private and secure. For your convenience and security, we offer a variety of payment options. BeyondBlu Wireless can accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. For our business users, we are able to accept Purchase Orders. If you would like a corporate login, please call us or send us an email to request a credit application.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on all products for defective, broken, or mishandled shipments. Most items are available for returns for our corporate and wireless retail customers. Most items can be returned within 30 days. All returns must have an RMA Associated with them. Shipping will not be refunded. You can contact us at sales@beyondbluwireless.com for one or log into your account and request and RMA.

Privacy

Protecting your personal information and privacy is very, very important to us. We do NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone. We may send out e-mail notifications to you regarding products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail or newsletters from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, you will have the option to opt-out of any future emails.
